Chorus.ai is being used by the entire organization. It's being used to share snippets of customer success stories, competitor feedback, and to rewatch a call that someone must have missed. Features like snippets, individual user sections to move forward in the video make chorus a really useful and powerful tool.

Looked at the Zoom recording option, but Chorus.ai wins hands down. All the pros of Chorus.ai like skip speaker, ability to share, etc. are way better than that with Zoom.
It's undoubtedly one of the best tools in the market, very pivotal in the success of the company, and the tool itself is extremely user-friendly and easy to use.
The tool is being used mostly to record sessions and share snippets with different stakeholders either directly or through Slack.
I have not faced the need to reach out to their customer support team. Thankfully I have not had any issues with it to date.
