We listen to Chorus call of other reps for coaching, strategizing as a team and individually. Since the sales team largely works remotely, it's hugely beneficial in improving our ability to close sales based on hearing what works for other reps.

  • I've noticed a difference in my ability to hit goal by implementing what I hear on other reps calls
  • Manager coaching has improved because they can hear my calls ahead of our 1:1 rather than me having to reenact the call and clue them in on everything
  • It's helped me work with my team to collaborate on best practices.
I love the playlists. It helps to gather the best calls from the team in one organized space based on a topic you're most interested in (i.e: Demo Set, Demo Helds, Rebuttals, Closes). I also like the feedback my manager leaves for me throughout the call so I can see what part specifically she is referring to.
We've never had a call recording process before so this is all new to me and our company. Prior to this, managers could tap into our phone lines to listen to our calls in real time but there was no way to listen to the call again. Chorus is great because you can really dissect and analyze your own calls as well as other calls at any time.
We are still fairly new to Chorus so I don't have anything to report here.
I have not had any experience working with the customer support team.

It is well suited for a remote sales team. Being able to hear what works/doesn't work from other reps can help everyone be more effective in their calls and close deals. Sales is all about learning new strategies and evolving your techniques.
