Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Umbrella
We were using it company wide to prevent staff from downloading content from phishing websites. Previously we had nothing in place and were lucky not to be infiltrated. A close business partner was hit hard so we moved quickly to address our need - looking back I think the level of investment may have been too high.

We never had an issue for our road sales team, they avoiding any malware infected websites thanks to this solution. Even some well masked sites were picked up when they were logging in from hotels. We know business partners and clients that were not so lucky. Everything remained unimpaired at all times.
After a review of costs earlier this year I took the decision to move to ArcTitan as there was a much lower level of investment in return for a product that offered much the same level of protection. I have no complaints about it all so far. Very happy with it.
