Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Umbrella
Cisco Umbrella is being used by our entire organization. It solves a number of pressing issues including web filtering, and malware websites. It gives us a high-level analysis of the number of sites that have users have accessed or tried to access as well as browser counts for the number of blocks that Umbrella has been able to keep away from our users.

The protection has worked very well for all of our remote branch offices. As well with users roaming it has given us an additional level of security when it comes to users who inadvertently try accessing a malicious site. If the user hits a website that Umbrella is not sure is legit it sends IT a notification and then they can intern review and quickly enable access to that particular site that initially was blocked.
Cisco Umbrella fits in nicely with our security tech stack. We never have any issues with the tool it runs quietly in the background keeping an eye on our network. Umbrella has continued to add additional features and functions makes it more valuable to us. Cisco continues to invest in this tool.

We wanted to make sure that the Cisco Anyconnect application was easy to use for our staff and had the level of security we wanted in our VPN solution.
As well we wanted to make sure our Cisco Catalyst equipment was able to handle the additional traffic with a number of our staff moving to hybrid work.

With the hybrid work model our employees and coworkers were able to seamlessly connect to all of our resources with a secure solution that Cisco has put together for organizations like our selves. We really didn't have any issues when staff were working hybrid we knew that the cisco solution that was implemented would just work without any extra issues.
Cisco Umbrella in combination with Cisco AnyConnect allows us to create a secure solution for our staff to utilize whether they are working from home, the office, or out of the country.

We didn't purchase premium support for Cisco Umbrella. The solution and instruction help and support online was able to resolve any of the questions we had with rolling out the solution company wide.

It protects our companies assets and allows us to be compliant from a compliance and legal standpoint. Some of the driving forces behind our investment in cyber security include reducing financial risks by investing in different tools to allow us to move forward with the cyber security initiatives. We also want to make sure that our employees feel secure that the company is putting cyber security at the forefront.
Cisco Umbrella has been a overall cyber security tool that we have been using for a number of years. It gives us the level of protection we would like from a tool sold by Cisco. There are many areas this tool is capable including but not limited to DNS filtering, and analysis of workstation traffic.
Cisco has a great team behind each of their tools and a sales and technical support which is available when ever we have questions.
The solution also provides a very comprehensive dashboard which answers most of the questions staff would have when viewing data. There are also many ways to view the reports generated from the system.

Cisco has been the go to for us and cyber security solutions.
Cisco continues to innovate and build on additional features from customer feedback which is great.
We like that Cisco has a robust platform with Cisco Umbrella and we hope that Cisco keeps it that way.

The future of cybersecurity with AI will potentially allow tools like Umbrella to leverage the AI and build a better way to flag, warn, or block traffic that does not exist today. As well with AI and the cybersecurity stack Cisco can in the future create add-in's and plug-in's which will allow the Cisco Umbrella to be an even more powerful tool when it comes to recognizing Cyber security.
We don't as of yet but we can see some real value in using this tool for threat detection and analysis.
AI will allow the predictive threat detection to learn at a quicker pace then in the past which will result in faster detections and we expect less false positives.
