Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
It's used across the whole company and it allows users to quickly schedule calls and meetings without wasting travel time and cab costs. Most important is app, so you can use it anywhere anytime allowing us to work from anywhere. Screen share is another great use case for Webex, it helps to share docs and work in collaboration with our customers.

- Sometimes it's slow to start.
- Should not be depended on .exe or java ... we prefer if it's pure HTML5 based.

Yes , the support is great. Cisco TAC is best in terms of reach and time taken to resolve issues. TAC process is easy and quick to report issues. In fact the TAC itself uses Webex, which proves the maturation of the product and its capabilities.
It's used by all employees and all departments. Most of the users use it on phones and integrated with O365. I think the adoption will increase given the fact of remote work culture and the ease of doing business from anywhere is getting more traction now.

Cisco Support is the major reason for the Webex adoption. We saw increases in the productivity and collaboration experience of mobile and remote users across company along with the customer interaction. PSTN calling back is also a great feature if the internet line is not good.
