Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Being used for virtual meetings and conferences. However, we mostly use Webex Teams as an overall collaboration tool.

Pros

  • Video and aaudio.
  • Screen sharing.
  • Grid view.

Cons

  • Merge collab features with Webex Teams.
  • Reduced travel.
  • Reduced support for collaboration platform.
  • Reduced cost for collaboration platform.
I think MS Teams is a better collaboration tool, however we chose Webex for easier integration into our Cisco telephony and the fact that Webex Boards were available and MS Surface Hubs were not.
It's been unavailable at critical moments last summer and we've had finger pointing issues between MS and Cisco when services were down.
We are struggling with the frequency of updates.
No issues.
Suited for all video and conference calling. Not suited for collaboration.

Cisco Webex Experience

We did not know these features existed.
Webex Teams would be the main one. Wish we could use one interface to do all collaboration. Our users are confused by Meetings vs Teams.
It does it well.
