Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We are currently using ClickUp alongside our other project management tool but using ClickUp for internal projects that span multiple departments. As the software is so affordable we can rotate users on a project basis. This allows us to keep all aspects of the project current and available across campus.
- Different spaces so you can use it for multiple departments.
- Kanban boards.
- Excellent task/sub-task management.
- High level of customization.
- The interface takes a little getting used to.
- Needs more contrast to have cards stand out more.
- Takes a little work to optimize it for different processes (like scrum) but the templates and documentation are a big help.
- Ability to break down complex projects into tasks and subtasks.
- Easy to pickup and get started.
- Good documentation and support.
Pricing. They simply can’t be beaten for what they offer.
