ClickUp- One app to replace them all!

We use ClickUp across several divisions. The tool helps us increase our efficiency in contract management to have all of our documents in one place while we are working on them and an easy way to provide updates. We also use the system to manage our marketing and curriculum development projects. In project management, one of my favorite use cases is the email function that allows everyone working on the project to see the communication between our internal team and our external stakeholders alongside the work they are doing in live time. In project documentation the whiteboard tool and the custom dashboards help to display a lot of content that is easy to consume in a short period of time, increasing our efficiency in meetings and to report on the project.

ClickUp has helped our team communicate on a remote team in different time zones and know what is going on in the project without having to have unnecessary meetings or ask people for information by email or Slack. The whiteboard feature helps us brainstorm processes and workflows and assign tasks in real-time.

We use automations and are starting to use more integrations between tools. Once a sale is finalized our accounting teams and warehouse teams need to be notified right away to ship out product and we use ClickUp to manage the flow of information between the teams.
