Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

At our organization, we use ClickUp to stay organized. We keep a running list of tasks that need to be done as well as notes from meetings and other important topics. We use ClickUp on a daily basis.
  • Keeping things organized.
  • Allows you to find things easily.
  • Easily manage and assign tasks.
  • As it currently is, you cannot move a subtask to another space/list as a regular task. This would be particularly helpful in the way that we use ClickUp at our organization.
  • ClickUp has allowed me to be more organized in one central location. By tracking tasks by progress as well as by date, I am able to stay organized.
ClickUp allows me to collaborate with team members which is especially helpful with tasks. I can do my part of a task and pass it along to someone else easily, including any notes that I may have gathered before passing it on.
ClickUp has allowed my team to centralize our task management systems into one. This has made it much easier to streamline and keep track of tasks.
My team chose ClickUp because it is free (up until a certain point). It is also much simpler and streamlined to be the most effective.

It is great for day-to-day tasks and minimal note keeping. I would not personally use ClickUp as the main source of document holding.
