Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

I started using it on the recommendation of a contractor I had worked with who had been using it. I was having issues organizing projects and staying on top of tasks. I implemented it as an internal system for communicating with my contractors, and then began using it with a client for our internal team of contractors.
  • Task Management
  • Scheduling
  • Various views for projects/tasks
  • Sometimes it is hard to follow the reply/mention chain on a project. You need to make sure you are seeing the right reply
  • Subtasks and Checklists - Can be confusing. Would be nice to have the due dates for those subtasks and Checklists show up on notifications in a way that breaks them out and still allows to stay on top of the project/task (unless I don't know how to use them correctly, and you already have that) LOL
  • App - could use a bit of clean up on commenting and task management, maybe alerts?
  • I don't have numbers, but anecdotally since we have implemented ClickUp for my client, our team is much more organized, and streamlined when dealing with the multiple graphics, copywriting, web dev, app dev, and all things marketing than before.
Not too much brainstorming, but it helps us with reviews of drafts, graphics, and other managing tasks and projects.
We have not necessarily done any integrations. Probably will need some help understanding how we can best use these features.
ClickUp beats all of them for simplicity and cost.
I do use Dubsado for my CRM, and it does have some of the project management type features, but to me it is cumbersome. ClickUp simplifies it all.

Do you think ClickUp delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ClickUp's feature set?

Yes

Did ClickUp live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of ClickUp go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ClickUp again?

Yes

I have trialed a lot of the project systems like Asana, monday.com, Basecamp, Airtable, etc. And ClickUp provides all of the good things of those apps and more and it is way more cost-effective than all of those systems. It is very versatile. You can use it for so many things. I do need to figure out how to get my tasks to show up on my GCal, but that just may be a training. I always recommend ClickUp to any marketing or comms person who asks in Facebook groups, or in person.
