Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

ClickUp has been the backbone project management software for my business. I use ClickUp to set up of all my client projects, the steps for each project, it helps me track the management of each project, my team of subcontractors is managed through ClickUp. ClickUp allows me to easily manage my team of subcontractors by seeing their project status, task status, allowing for easy team communication, and the exchange of documents and files.

  • An option to allow for nested folders would be great. Right now I may have a client that has multiple projects that need different team members.
  • Allow for more users without an increased cost at each membership level. I would love to add more clients into ClickUp without paying for a much higher membership as I only need the clients on there temporarily for each project. Even just so they could view and comment would be enough.
  • ClickUp has allowed me to take the million thoughts I generate a day and get them down on 'paper' and out of my head. Then once in ClickUp, I can easily assign them as tasks to do this week, next week, this month, next month, the far future, goals or dreams. It allows me to easily see where my focus needs to be each day
  • It has allowed me to cut back on sending easily 30+ email every week by communicating with my team directly on each task, which has saved a lot of time.
It has greatly improved. Our team collaborates and works solely through ClickUp. We use email only for important information that needs to be on record regarding a client. Otherwise, we use ClickUp to communicate on brainstorming, manage both projects and tasks, track goals and easily share documents and files.
We definitely send much less emails, that were easily becoming confusing with multiple projects. I only wish ClickUp was an all-inclusive app with all the features of Dubsado. If I could do my proposals, invoicing and client management through ClickUp, it would do almost everything my business needs.
I switched to ClickUp from Asana and much prefer ClickUp. It's organized much better, more user-friendly and it is easier to learn and teach new team members and clients how to operate. Better options are available through ClickUp as well for document sharing, team communication, etc.

ClickUp is well suited for any marketing team business including graphic design, social media management, marketing agencies and more. It allows for easy team communication, tracking of project status, and step-by-step instructions.
