Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
After testing Project management tools for about 3 months, I arrived at Clickup as the final solution, not only for my clients but also for managing my projects. I work as a consultant for companies of different sizes, from small teams to enterprises. Clickup allows adapting to each client's workflow. Thanks to the different views, it is possible to organize the information in the most direct way possible. For example, for specific tasks, the table view is essential, but if I want to know the deadlines, I can create a Gantt or a timeline. The fields are flexible, which allows you to import the ideal amount of information to have a 360 view of the projects. There are SCRUM automations, making it easy to rearrange epics with each new sprint.I've tested other tools that fall into two situations:- Or they are locked into a certain way of working, for example, dependent on Gantt or Kanban, and lose flexibility.- Or they are trying to do a little bit of everything, but have not deepened any of the methodologies. Clickup is very mature in both Agile and Waterfall.
Pros

- Task Accountability
Cons
- Faster Interface
- Better Workflow
- Learning Curve
- Project Overview
- Resource Planning
- For free by the value it brings
With ClickUp I can put all collaborators on the same platform, with the possibility of creating subtasks, checklists, and comments. In addition, it is possible to share files, links, etc. It is the ideal tool to centralize all project management between teams and external guests. I tried Monday but is doesn't come close to how ClickUp is flexible.
Clickup became the tool that replaced a lot of email exchanges, ticket creation, and the cloud for file storage. It also helped to reduce server-side documentation, since the search for information is compelling, we keep all meeting minutes and any project references within the ClickUp tasks. For example, it is impossible on Monday to do the same. We only have the description space to store the information. In other words, the tool is not flexible for different ways of working.
Monday has an attractive interface, and copies many of Clickup's features, especially in the table view. But Monday doesn't have the flexibility of Clickup, you're forced to work on the structure they created. Simple things like creating task descriptions, or checklists within tasks are impossible on Monday, while in ClickUp you just need to include an element.
