Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use personally to keep track of task and activities for myself and my reports across multiple departments. I find it useful in tracking many aspects of work such as project management, work order tracking, fleet bookings, meeting management and document management. It makes it easier to get a handle on the multitude of issues that come daily.

- If we could build better relation databases
- Address the speed and refresh issues
- Allow for formatting reports for print
- Allow using data from calculated fields in dashboard reporting.
- Improved oversight on projects - less likely to have things slip
- Easy to schedule tasks to improve daily workflow
- Easy collaboration. We don't use this, but I have pitched it to the organization as a positive.
I have only used this on a limited basis but recognize the large potential for the collaboration tools in my organization's workflow.
This has greatly simplified my work. I used separte apps for project management, calendar management, database building, note-taking, reminders, and dashboarding. Now everything is in one easy to use package.
- SmartSuite, Notion and Airtable
ClickUp suited my task and project management needs more than Notion. SmartSuite is a recent addition because it handles relational databases much better and has a nicer interface for my team to onboard with. I have used Airtable for relational databases and have migrated that (in part) to SmartSuite.
