Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use it to keep organized, establish workflows, keep notes handy, decipher employee bandwidth and as a general resource for login information, partners, publishers, clients and companies/products we work with on a daily basis. We have many different dashboards for all the different teams/departments in our company. We utilize different dashboards for meetings to ensure we cover everything and stay on track. And our team uses it for fun too! We have a private bonding board where we share pictures, quotes, and things we're listening to/watching/shopping for. It's the best blend of work and play, and keeps us SO organized.

  • Probably not the best person to ask for this one, but it definitely saves so much time!
It has made other teams more responsible for their work and mistakes. We now have an established workflow, we have forms you must submit if you need something so we can better manage our bandwidth on a daily basis and it has taken out a lot of the guesswork from other departments. If you need it, it's in ClickUp, and it's organized extremely well so you also won't have a hard time finding what you're looking for. We have also begin to talk to a handful of other departments and integrated them into our ClickUp.
It replaced Jira, another ticketing system we used to use that the name escapes me now, and we have integrated it with Slack so we are all aware of what we're working on and who's grabbing what. We have a lot of fields that are automated based on what you fill out when you create a ticket or task which is very helpful. It's also been helpful to be able to grab information needed by another team or even our own by just copying and pasting the link.

ClickUp is well suited for meetings, filling out forms, collecting data, managing daily tasks, managing team bandwidth, managing work when team members are out of the office for vacations or sick days, historical data, and good to see how much money and campaigns our team has touched throughout the year. It's less suited for completely replacing emails or Slack.
