Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp has helped us stay on top of tasks that require several members to contribute on. Sprint planning, tracking, and execution has been made easy with the help of this tool. All items that require tracking or some amount of team effort (could span across teams) are maintained on ClickUp.
- Track task statuses
- Provide spaces & lists for classification
- Docs & forms feature
- Several bugs that need fixing. General slowness at times.
- Search functionality needs improvement, can't search for some tasks created based on terms from the subject line
- Data can be entered on forms even on incognito mode which is a safety concern
- Efficient collaboration between teams - Less turn around time
- Tracking & revisiting tasks is super easy
- Improved accountability via deadlines & visibility
This has drastically improved as updates can be shared seamlessly via comments & status of the tasks.
A lot of processes have been automated and reporting has also been scheduled on ClickUp. Forms are extensively used to create templates which make it all the more easy.
