ClickUp was a great solution to keep our projects in one place which enabled a stronger collaboration between locations and cross-functional departments. The most powerful piece of ClickUp for our company was the history change record that allows you to refer back to any change within the project. Furthermore, it actually helped our PMO team save time on keeping the projects up to date with the wide range of functionalities to customize your interface to focus on what matters without losing sight of the additional details. The case of use is also vast thanks to the versatility that it has allowed us to not only manage business projects but also programs and department management.

- The Gantt view is a great resource, but it lacks customization and flexibility to show custom fields on the side view next to the project names.
- User Interface is hard to navigate in laptop displays since it does not fit unless you do a zoom out, which makes hard to read.
- ClickUp has had a positive impact since it has allowed the Global Operations Department to have a consistent collaboration by having this app as a repository of Projects and Programs, which has enabled a faster synchronization and stronger collaboration to better allocate resources.
- A positive impact is a faster and clearer prioritization process for the executives since this app allows you to have a full picture of what's going on across the board.
The best case of application thus far has been setting up a space for every region where the company has operations at and every space flows up to a global space where the executives are able to see resource allocation and status of the company initiatives. Furthermore, the collaboration over the same project helps to avoid double work.
The automations have allowed to our Program and Project Management team to set up standards in how to do a project, which assures the success of the projects.
They all are in one place, ClickUp. The cost-benefit analysis pointed out that ClickUp would be able to drive an improvement in the department and teams' collaboration at a lower cost.
