Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage product development, store documentation and for planning.
We develop in sprints and keep track on tasks and goals for those sprints in ClickUp. We use ClickUp to track time, and as a knowledge base too. ClickUp solves pretty much anything related to product management. It has made onboarding easier, and it removes the need to have multiple softwares for related things (like sharing and collaborating on documentation).

- Organizing information
- Creating trackable and achievable tasks and goals
- Keeping the use of the software simple
- Features I'd like to use very much would cost too much because I'd need to upgrade the plan for everyone
- UI can become cluttered and some things are hard to find
- Would be great to be able to upgrade the plan for only some members, since not everyone in the organization uses ClickUp even nearly the same way
- We get things done since the tasks are trackable, and keep things organized, so this saves perhaps some days per year since we don't have to look for missing tasks or information
- There are time savings for asynchronous communication on the tasks vs. having meetings, saves around 4 days per year
- The fact that other members can track how things are going in ClickUp vs. asking the person saves probably at least a week of work per year
It has made it more easy to collaborate on tasks and made it more clear who is responsible for what, which is a very positive thing.
It has improved the workflow, since there is no need for multiple apps for docs and tasks for instance. We use some automations, but not as many as we probably could. ClickUp has simplified the productivity process since we now have a system in place that everyone is familiar with.
ClickUp has been the most comprehensive and OK priced out of these, and just fits our use case the best.
