Concur Travel and Expense has saved us time and money

We use Concur Travel & Expense across our company for expense reimbursement. Concur let us get away from spreadsheets being emailed, payments having to wait until payroll, and transactions having to be manually recorded. Our employees can submit expense reports from their phones or computers, their managers can approve from computers or phones, payments are direct deposited a few days after approval and the expenses are automatically recorded in our accounting software.

We integrated Concur with Quickbooks initially and then integrated it with NetSuite once we migrated accounting software. It works much better with NetSuite for us, however for a small business using Quickbooks it would most likely be sufficient.

Concur has saved admin for travel and expense report approvals hours upon hours every month. Travel can be booked directly in Concur instead of searching websites for prices and our expense report processors no longer need to comb through pdf's of receipts and match them up to a spread sheet that needs to be manually entered.

We've saved hours of time by not having to manually enter expense reports. The connector to NetSuite is a huge timesaver.

Organizing travel itineraries, booking travel, submitting expense reports, all of these have saved our finance department countless hours as well as our employees. Overall this provides our employees with a better user experience.

The ease of use is a big factor as is the reporting.

The most important lesson is that Concur makes travel and expenses extremely easy. The time saved compared to the cost is a no-brainer.
