Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Conductor is currently being used by our whole department across the vast majority of our SEO clients. About 40% of our business is PPC, so we don't use Conductor for them obviously. Right now, we primarily use Conductor for reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Track keywords every week - they do this accurately
- Some nice custom reporting features - set up automated reports for clients
- Customer Service - always quick to respond to questions/issues.
- Why do the dates always change when I change views - I've tested seoClarity and they don't have this issue
- Custom reporting and widgets don't offer much room for customization - yes you can type in the boxes, but that's about it. I want to be able to really customize these reports and I can't
- Content recommendations - I've tested a few other platforms that make recommendations based on content already on your site. That would be a cool feature.
- I don't know if we can prove that it does have a positive or negative ROI
- We use the platform more from a reporting perspective
- It does help with efficiency to be able to setup custom reports
I liked seoClarity better, but Conductor accomplishes what we need it to do!
