Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Currently, ConnectWise Control is being used for IT tech support across all of the PC assets within a subsidiary of our corporation. It's fantastic! It allows remote support and the occasional use by employees for remote access to on-premise items.
- Simple to set up
- Allows access even when a user account isn't logged in and across reboots
- Really good screen scaling and visually nice to work with
- Hosting a quick meeting with it is fantastic too
- Honestly, it seems to do everything so much better than the competitors that I can't think of anything I'd improve.
- Most support personal work remotely and there's a direct impact of them not having to drive onsite for a lot of items.
- Reduced labor hours for IT.
- We also had a project recently involving contractors in a foreign country needing access to internal systems and we needed to monitor their connections, so we were able to easily do that which reduced the cost of us having onsite labor costs.
So much easier to use ConnectWise Control - it's "always on" and doesn't require describing to a user how to set up a connection.
