Overall Satisfaction with Creatio
We use Creatio to track all communications with other organizations. It is being used by our entire team and helps us maintain and develop relationships with companies that we may potentially invest in overtime.

Creatio is much faster and more configurable than Salesforce. The first thing that I noticed when migrating from Salesforce to Creatio was how few clicks it took to record activity or create a new task. Similarly, the page loading speed is so much faster which saves me hours per day. Salesforce was very clunky and difficult to configure (we had to pay consultants tens of thousands to configure it for us). Creatio is seamless to configure and even non technical users can set up the platform in whatever way they want.
