Overall Satisfaction with DameWare Remote Support
Our IT Department utilizes DameWare Remote Support to assist users with their computers; to work with our users to solve issues, and see what they are seeing. We help them in real time without having to have them go to a remote web page, sign in, give us a number, etc... This is a great tool to copy files to multiple workstations, or remote control workstations, and servers.

- Faster software upgrades via file transfer feature. For those odd applications that are on only 1 or 2 computers, I can transfer the files to them, and remotely log in to install the apps.

LogMeIn.com works great, but requires end users to go the appropriate web site, and allow a remote connection. Licensing was more complicated too.
