Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools
We primarily use DemandTools for data de-duping, for finding record IDs, and mass updating data. It is currently being used by the Enrollment office (Office of Admissions). It has been very helpful to help with the merging of duplicate records in our system especially when students apply to our college through various platforms using different email IDs, which is our unique identifier.

- I find all the features very helpful and can't think of anything that needs improvement.
- The tool is very user friendly. Our non-technical student workers are able to use this tool to help with the merging process. So we don't really have to hire a full-time person to help with this process.
I haven't really shopped around for any other tool since I am pretty comfortable using this one and have read great reviews about it too.
