Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools

DemandTools is used by multiple teams, including our Salesforce team, Revenue Operations, and Marketing. We use it to upload/de-dupe new accounts, as well as to de-dupe existing accounts and mass update leads/accounts. It helps us keep our Salesforce database clean and organized.
  • Can be a bit clunky to use
  • UI is not modern
  • Doesn't work on Macs
  • Saves employee time from having to update data manually
  • Improves data integrity in our database
  • Automates manual processes
I also looked into RingLead several years ago and had some issues with I believe a free trial, so ended up choosing DemandTools at the time. I've used DemandTools at all other companies I've worked at since.
DemandTools is very useful if you have a large Salesforce database where duplicates are either common or a potential issue. I would say DemandTools is not as useful if you have a smaller database.
