Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We currently use Deputy across our entire organization. It a valuable tool that we use to schedule our staff rosters across multiple locations. The ability to easily schedule all our staff across multiple sites with one platform saves time and keeps things simple for the staff. It’s also useful to track staff hours and integrates with our accounting software which makes payroll a breeze.

Pros

  • Easily make changes to the roster that can be broadcast to all staff instantly.
  • Makes building the roster easy with a simple interface.
  • Tracks staff hours and shows the location of the staff when they clock in and out.

Cons

  • I don’t believe that I have truly explored all the functions of Deputy.
  • All the functions I currently use work well for me.
  • One thing that could be improved is the exporting staff data to then use to onboard to another organization.
  • Saves time.
  • Improved payroll accuracy.
  • User-friendly.
I have never used any similar products.

Overall, very easy to use.
It was as simple as asking staff to download the app and accept the invitation. A lot of staff I have encountered already have a Deputy profile, which makes things even easier.

I use Deputy in my organization for scheduling and tracking hours. For these tasks, Deputy is fantastic and I have been using it for years as a result. [Specifically,] before using Deputy, updates to the roster were a real chore; Deputy makes it easy to communicate these changes to staff instantly.
