Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy across two entire organisations.
It's used primarily for workforce tracking for payroll and invoicing purposes. Each staff member and subcontractor has a sign-on to the portal, receiving notification of shifts booked: the staff are then able to sign into and out of shifts, which allows us to use this data for payroll/matching of subcontractor invoicing and various other reporting requirements.

- Go-tracking for shift sign on/off is poor and opaque
- Improved ease of publishing shifts out to staff (no more hours spent sending emails or texts)
- Reduction in chasing staff for shift on-site/off-site times
- Support have assisted with some instances where payroll was impossible due to glitches
