We employ around 100 casual employees at 4 geographical locations each year with various shifts of differing lengths and times of the day. As each shift is different, we need to send notifications to employees at specific locations so they can opt [into work] or not. Employees have different qualifications, so they need to know which shifts they can apply to work as well.

- Adding qualifications to shifts and to employee profiles

- Having to add multiple shifts when more than one employee is needed for a shift
- Not having sub-categories to apply to a specific shift when a specific qualification is needed
- With Deputy, we are able to easily and quickly match to our payroll timesheet (instead of a manual process)
- It is less time consuming to use Deputy to find availability for shifts rather than reaching out to remote staff via email
- It's less time consuming to check qualifications for staff wanting to work a shift that requires them
