Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

It is our primary phone/texting system for our company, both externally and internally. We have it loaded on our computers, as well as our cell phones.
  • Zoom meetings through it
  • Faxes through it
  • Not user friendly at all. Initially we are constantly calling for support and going online to edit options
  • Calls drop during transfer from the receptionist
  • The receptionist's line goes down and she isn't even aware of it right away
  • The report for last week is 23 percent missed calls, and this is the norm
  • When calls are transferred, it rings on both my computer and cell phone, and many times it will not connect to my cell phone when I answer.
  • Connectivity takes forever and sometimes calls don't even go through
  • Not blue tooth capable
  • We should not have to spend so much time contacting support and adjusting things online
  • Calls are dropped or do not go through at all
  • 23 percent missed calls is unacceptable when we have a dedicated receptionist
  • totally not user friendly and easy to use
