Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We utilize DocuSign for e-signature capabilities for our clients and/or vendor paperwork.
  • Easy to Use
  • Allows clients and vendors to sign our agreements and terms easily
  • Stores history of documents that have been signed
  • Reporting functionality isn't currently there for personal accounts - i.e. # of contracts, amounts, etc.
We didn't really look at other products, but we may be looking into eSign for Salesforce and Conga because there is an existing connector for one of our clients.
I've always gotten my questions answered on a timely basis.

DocuSign has been used by us, our clients and our vendors for a number of years. It is much easier than printing paperwork and signing it, scanning and emailing which is what we used to do. This is a much easier and safer method to keep track of our contracts and projects.
