Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to share files with other companies and individuals outside our company. This includes marketing, tourism, and exhibit design partners. We also use it to maintain backups of off-site computers outside our company system.

- Not always intuitive for new users in my opinion.
- Do not like the automatic backup though I can see why some people do.
- Again, we have used Dropbox for several collaboration projects. Without Dropbox, we would have needed to rely on email servers which is less than ideal. Using Dropbox and adding ZOOM or Teams allowed us to edit / discuss in real-time. It also allowed personnel from three companies to interact on the same files.
We preferred Dropbox due to anyone being able to use it and with common Office programs. Google Drive seems to require a gmail account for everything and, if using for editing, needs to use Google programs. Adobe is too hard to explain - not to mention not everyone has access to Adobe products. WeTransfer is fine for sending finished files but not for file editing. Overall, Dropbox was the better choice.
