USPAP requires our appraisers to maintain detailed records of each appraisal completed and the associated data used to do so. Dropbox is our central repository for all data records and files. This allows us to maintain compliance with the guidelines while being able to segregate each appraiser's data. By managing access, we are able to avoid the comingling of data.
