Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox as a delivery system for many clients. They are familiar with it, and they trust it. Compared to other file-sharing solutions, there is a greater confidence level with Dropbox than any other solution.
Performance is the other key factor. I move huge amounts of data around, and I have never had a failure because of the size or scale of my task.

Box is too nerdy for my clients. Dropbox has a cooler personality.
Box sounds like someone with a pocket protector. Dropbox is someone who rarely uses paper, unless they are drawing on it.
