Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox as a delivery system for many clients. They are familiar with it, and they trust it. Compared to other file-sharing solutions, there is a greater confidence level with Dropbox than any other solution.
Performance is the other key factor. I move huge amounts of data around, and I have never had a failure because of the size or scale of my task.

- Give the user more time at a low cost before deletion.
- Introduce a limbo period, where the data is off line - but can be restored at a modest fee.
- It has been instrumental in us no longer needing a bricks and mortar base.
- It allows us to do business across the world.
- We save a lot of time and money on shipping assets.
Box is too nerdy for my clients. Dropbox has a cooler personality.
