Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox daily for work so store files that the company is using and to send some files to clients/publishers we work with. The main challenge is to have more than one person editing a file, it can create errors in Excel for example. A warning that someone has the file open already would be nice.

Alternatives Considered

Apple iCloud, Microsoft SharePoint, WeTransfer and Google Drive

I prefer iCloud for personal stuff, WeTransfer is convenient to receive files but I've never used it so send some. SharePoint and Google Drive are great if you're in one of the ecosystems but Dropbox is great if you're in several ecosystems because of the way it interacts with all.

Better than the competition in a lot of ways but I'm missing the doc interaction from SharePoint or Google cloud. Much better for a profetionnal use but I still prefer ICloud to save my personal files because of it's integration with MacOS and IOS apps. I would consider using Dropbox if there were some added features.
