Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
They have a great support team that were helpful whenever I had an issue or question. It's unfortunate that they are limiting the storage capacity for accounts, specifically because it's so important for video production to have an off-site backup. Saying that, they did give me additional storage and 12 months to transition to a smaller capacity and work out alternatives for my data. I use Dropbox capture, notes, and Dropbox replay, as all the features are easy for me and my clients to understand. I honestly don't think there's a better service for these all in one features.

Google Drive had terrible support service and didn't care about their customers at all. When they stopped their unlimited storage option, they didn't provide solutions or understand the concerns of the customer. I chose Dropbox because it was the best alternative, but I soon realised that I wished I had made the switch years ago.
