Overall Satisfaction with eSign Genie
It is being used for carrying out all the digital signatures for our reservations. The main business problem solved is that we do not need anymore the physical presence of the client for signing his contract.

we did not, we did not need to. whenever we got an issue we just connected on the website chat and the response time was phenomenal
They have always been very quick with additions or tweaks of existing users. We never faced a more complex issue which is also impressive as we have been using the software for 5 years now with no issues.
