Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer provides us with a consistently branded email signature on emails, whether sent from Outlook, Outlook online, a phone, or a tablet. It allows us to provide different email signatures for different business groups. For example, those in the sales department have a signature with a booking link relevant to them. People don't need to manually set up their signature if they log on to a different computer. And when they're sending email from a phone they are assured that their email signature will always be attached before it gets to their recipient.
- Onboarding and setup of the email signature in Microsoft 365 is fast and easy even though the background process is actually complicated. We don't have to deal with any of that complexity.
- The HTML template editor is great as it provides a preview capability so you don't have to do all your testing by sending test emails.
- They've recently increased the minimum number of licenses from 5 to 10. This rules out the product, or at least makes it unnecessarily more expensive for very small businesses.
- Exclaimer saves time and human error because we don't have to manually set up email signatures on each computer someone logs on to.
- All of our emails look just as professional whether sent from phone or computer. Recipients don't get bare emails with only "Get Outlook for Android" as their email signatures.
We use different signature templates for different departments. We've added booking links to some templates, and for some customers have set up time-specific email templates.
We trust Exclaimer's security with its connection to our email system, both for us and our customers.
