Overall Satisfaction with Fonality
Fonality is being used throughout our company for all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- They are good at getting small problems resolved when you call in.
- When services are running they run well.
- The HUD is easy to use.
- Higher level tech support.
- Communication.
- Understanding of how networks work in the tech support floor.
- They had an outage that caused a large loss for us and had almost no communication on what was wrong.
- The above is enough not to use them.
