Overall Satisfaction with Fuze

Fuze is our corporate phone system for homes and users assigned to an office. It is used by our offices in all three major regions to support our sales, customers, and internal communications. We also use their Call Center application.
  • Excellent service.
  • Global capabilities.
  • Call center.
  • More regional support options.
We replace all global phone systems with Fuze. This included countries with challenging or strict Telecom laws and regulations. If a pure web/cloud-based offering is not possible, they can set up a local "gateway" device to connect Fuze to a local phone circuit.
Fuze had a much better global model and call center.
