Overall Satisfaction with Gist
We use Gist to communicate through our website with chat and CTAs to gain potential leads. Once we have captured the lead, we use Gist to keep in contact with them through email marketing. I am using Gist for myself, and several other businesses that I help admin. Gist helps me communicate with a potential lead at important decision-making points through our website and funnels.

Gist has so many tools in one package it is hard to compare. If you need chat, email, remarketing, automated marketing, live view of your site, knowledge-base, bots, scheduler, and more, then it will take multiple tools. Gist is great because you get to install one tool on your site, learn one tool, have one bill, and you get a responsive customer support team, with Gist.

Yes - The issue I had was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I had a small issue with my subaccounts and the team worked with me and kept me informed of what was happening. Brilliant job from Jitta and the team!
They provide live Facebook videos giving their users and community hands-on training and keeping us up to date with what is happening. It's amazing that they engage with their customers on that level.
