Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use the product for fundraisers to help manage donations and donors

For a major fundraising platform, GiveSmart was the least expensive
Not as intuitive as I would like
Chat support is great, but you are not able to chat with someone over the phone which can be frustrating
We have done a lot in canva and then put it in the platform to resemble our brand
We do not use add on service as of now, but are planning to add their credit card machines to the next event

I think GiveSmart is fine to use with younger donors but with older donors we sometimes have issues with them remembering how to login

I think Givesmart does what it is meant to do, but it is not as intuitive as I would like it be. Although, I think we would have a hard time transferring away from using it after now feeling comfortable using it.
