Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong mainly as a call recording software that ties in with Zoom, so when we have meetings, the calls get recorded to Gong, and we can send those recordings out to our customers! We also have started using new features such as keyword alerts, where if we notice in a call someone says keywords that would look like they want to cancel, we can notice that easily!

- Better speech to text would be great! Sometimes the transcript is pretty off.
- It really helps make sure we can keep our customers trained without actually needing to do training!
One of the biggest ones I am still getting used to but can provide great insight into is the keyword flags! Being able to quickly see from a call whether someone mentioned "price" or other negative-sounding words could help us easily remember the tone of a call and how to adjust accordingly to prevent churn.
