Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong for our Sales reps to have them record their sessions and take notes of their sales calls to their customers. And being a Salesforce Administrator, I make sure that all of that information is syncing properly once it is integrated into the Salesforce database. But Transcription is not up to mark; some recordings take a long time to delete from the database.
  • I liked the daily report of calls from the previous day.
  • It is easy to check all your employee's recordings from the sales calls they had with our clients.
  • Integration between Gong and other systems like Salesforce options are good.
  • Transcription is not up to the mark.
  • Unwanted clips/records are taking way longer to delete from the data base even if it is just one clipping.
  • Definitely improved smooth conversation with our clients.
  • No negative impact to be honest.
Cause Gong helps me and my company get the job done easily with no manual work to record clips, take notes, etc. It also helps us to route or integrate/sync the data to the related record in Salesforce, which will also help us have all the information in one place.
Having a quick view of what happened in the past day/week definitely gives our users an idea of what has been done and what needs to be done.

Gong is helping us to understand each customer's needs on our products with detailed notes by our sales representatives and also helping us to integrate the calls into other tools like Rippling, SFDC, etc. I liked the daily report of calls from the previous, which helped me see what happened yesterday at a glance. It is easy to check all your employee's recordings from the sales calls they had with our clients.
