Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record calls and forecast deals. For call recordings reps use it to stay organized on their deals. Managers use it to coach reps and especially ramp new reps. Forecasting is my favorite part as a front line manager. I manage 11 reps and Gong gives me great access to see what is happening with all deals, rather than having to constantly ask reps myself

The call summaries have been very help for me as a manager. Now rather than listening to a call and I read the summary
Yes - we track competitors mentioned in each call. So in aggregate we can see how often each competitor is being mentioned every month. This helps us understand where competitors are with our market
