Ease of use as we are getting others implemented to the system. User adoption was key as we have many programs but this has been the easiest to use.
Do more internal meetings with IT to understand usage and adaption.

GoTo Meeting Implementation

There was a finding that our data needed cleaning in order to sync properly between systems.
Yes - 1. transmission control protocol
2. user datagram protocol
3. multicast packet security layer
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Implementation was admittedly challenging at times. Adopting change management that consisted changing process and culture, getting everyone to come on board and understand the overall vision was key but some individuals did not need to be apart of the initial meeting.

A rep was able to facilitate quick and secure access to support with one-click links to real-time assistance on our desktop and websites. There was no delay or wasted time to initiate a support session.
