Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

I use GoTo Resolve for remote support of our employees computers and mobile devices. I also use it to gather useful information from a PC with the client installed.

GoTo Resolve is easy to use and is easy to talk the end user through getting connected.
GoTo Resolve has had a positive impact on our company with the remote support portion of the software. It is easy to use and easy to get connected to our end users PCs.
GoTo Resolve has a better unattended access setup and with the client you can gather information about a PC.

GoTo Resolve is great for remote support as it is easy to use and easy for the end users to get connected. It is well suited for a small environments and smaller companies. It is not as well suited for lager enterprise environments.
