Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The whole sales team uses it on a daily basis and we rely heavily on it. We use it mainly to send out mass flows to customers (campaigns, promotions, etc), as well as track openers, clickers, and gauge what the responses and interests of our customers really are. Many colleagues use the "Book a meeting with me" feature, as well as the e-mail reminders (2-7 days in the future, usually). I believe the Marketing department also uses Groove, but I can't comment for sure.
  • Connect seamlessly to Gmail and Salesforce (leads and contacts).
  • Send/schedule mass email flows to customers with customizable fields.
  • Set up reminders to follow up with customers as needed.
  • Ability to incorporate a link to "Book a meeting with me" in the messages.
  • Adding both leads and contacts to a Flow in one step (CSV file).
  • Having the ability to set up a reminder for an email that was already sent.
  • Setting up a flow with multiple steps could be more intuitive.
  • Sending Groove mass email flows with some personalization.
  • Tracking openers/clickers, following up with leads.
  • Booking a meeting with me automatically.
  • Increased productivity.
  • More opportunities created = more revenue.
  • More customer engagement.
For the most part, Groove is easy to use, even if it has many features. Calling, emailing, booking a meeting, tracking, and finding leads, are all very useful. Some aspects of setting up flows with multiple steps, or understanding how a master flow works, can be more challenging, but very doable still. The seamless connection with Google suite and Salesforce is paramount.

Not sure

Yes

Did Groove, a Clari company live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Yes

If you have a lot of customers to send out mass emails to, with good personalization, in an easy-to-use but very robust platform. Groove is the way to go, definitely. If the company is very small and doesn't really need that many features, I bet that they could use a free platform instead, but could still be using Groove as they scale up for sure.
