Groove bring everything in one nice dashboard for me and integrates well with Salesforce
- combines SFDC together
- Keeps history of every email send to customers
- Can create templates and use
- workflows are not simple to follow
- separate window tabs would help
- Integration with Salesforce

- allows you to see everything using the widget
