Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to help manage my accounts. I have multiple clients in my book of business with various demands and follow up. Groove helps me log my interactions seamlessly in Salesforce and also helps manage read receipts for correspondence. Scheduling emails is also extremely easy, so I can have emails sent during business hours.

Groove is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. There wasn't much training needed to get up and running, which is nice when there are often multiple different tools we have to work out of.
Prior to Groove, everything was completed manually and entered into Salesforce.
