Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We needed a tool to automatically capture interactions with customers in Salesforce. Adoption of activities was very low when created directly in Salesforce. Groove allowed us to automate the capture of activities and calendar events into Salesforce with minimal involvement from the users. This is data we did not have any insight into before. We are also capturing a larger amount of contacts in Salesforce since it is now much easier to create new contacts through Groove.

The Outlook add in is very easy to understand and use. The Chrome extension is also easy to use. The mobile app could be improved to have better functionality like making calls from the app. Sometimes the Outlook Add in has some stability issues causing users to have to either log back into Groove or close Outlook and reopen.
Groove was selected as the vendor of choice after our evaluation of possible tools. We evaluated Salesloft, Outreach and Groove. Ultimately, Groove met our requirements better and had a better user interface versus the other vendors.

Groove is great at capturing activities automatically and logging those to Salesforce. This will provide valuable data to leaders to better understand engagement and effectiveness of their representatives. Groove can help to better understand email effectiveness and allow for users to change email behavior to get a better result. Increased efficiency with scheduling meetings with customers and reducing back and forth by using the scheduler tool.
