We needed a tool to automatically capture interactions with customers in Salesforce. Adoption of activities was very low when created directly in Salesforce. Groove allowed us to automate the capture of activities and calendar events into Salesforce with minimal involvement from the users. This is data we did not have any insight into before. We are also capturing a larger amount of contacts in Salesforce since it is now much easier to create new contacts through Groove.
