Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to help with the challenge of both sending hyper targeted messages + enough messaging at scale to carry relevance with what is often a large multitude of stakeholders that could purchase our product. Sending one off emails or inmails to all my sourced contacts + having to log those activities in our CRM takes considerable amount of time and Groove helps me do this far more effectively.
  • Integrating with SFDC and notifying you of what contacts are already being prospected into
  • The UX is extremely easy to operate when it comes to building out your own campaigns or cloning a flow created by a colleague.
  • The app very clearly articulates your slated activity/goals for the day.
  • Improved integrations with other tools commonly used by sales people such as Zoom Info and Linkedin
  • Opportunity to display (by company) specific notes so that messages can be easily tweaked before sending (if not automated).
  • Integration with SFDC to add a contact to a flow directly from SFDC.
  • Integration back to SFDC from Groove to log your activity
  • Notifications when someone opens & or engages with your email including links clicked
  • Reduced overhead costs. (previously used multiple tools)
  • Improved time management
  • My messages carried more relevance
Easy to drive but always opportunity for more features (integrations with Zoominfo, Linkedin and more for example) for even more utility.
My company already had a contract in place with Groove however I have been happy with the tooling overall despite not being able to easily upload full lists for example by persona.

Groove is fantastic for sending out invitations for upcoming networking events or for instance marketing events and webinars. It is also great for those that want to meet a specific goal or number of activities for the day.
